Today we have been in the presentation of Architecture Week 2009, which has been in the City Hall in the Plaza de Cibeles. It consisted of a press conference to the media, attended, among others, the Mayor of Madrid, D. Alberto Ruiz Gallardon, and the Dean of Ms Paloma Sobrini COAM and representatives of the SLA.
This year the week will focus, among other things, Open Architecture, opening to the public 15 buildings representing the city of Madrid. Our draft VALLECAS 51 has been included in the selection of 15 to open its doors to all those who wish to visit.
Among others are the Museum by Herzog & DeMeuron Caixaforum, the Reina Sofía Museum, the Tower of Rubio and Alvarez Sacyr Hall, the rehabilitation of San Miguel Market, Royal Palace ... So we hope you enjoy all those who dare to visit.
