I said it before and I say it again now, I do not like houses with famiy room, I seem a waste of space. But as some people here asked me what I'm sharing another.

I particularly would make some changes, eg transform the family room into a laundry room and a bathroom. And transformed the top floor of the 4 bedrooms in a library or place of study.

we Downstairs: 2 car garage, living room, kitchen, breakfast area, a small bathroom and laundry.

On the top floor we have 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one en suite).
